Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using Noira Cam(the “App”) or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App or site.

Noira Cam is an iPhone photography app developed by Luiz Mello. The App provides Camera, Roll, and Studio tools for capturing, storing, and editing photos on your device.

There is no Noira cloud, account system, or backend database. Features run locally on your iPhone unless you explicitly export content elsewhere (for example via Save to Photos or the system share sheet).

You retain ownership of photos and edits you create or import. You are responsible for having the rights to any content you import, edit, or share. We do not claim ownership of your images.

You grant no license to us because we do not host your files. Content stays on your device unless you choose to export it.

The App stores photos and edit data locally at high quality. This can consume significant storage on your iPhone over time. Your Roll is not backed up to iCloud by Noira Cam. You are responsible for managing storage and keeping backups if you want them — for example by exporting to Photos or Files.

Deleting photos in the App, clearing the Roll, or uninstalling the App may permanently remove content that exists only in Noira storage.

Features such as grading, RAW develop, and Depth use on-device processing, including Core ML models for depth estimation. Results may vary by device, image, and lighting. Depth is offered as a beta feature and may change or be unavailable on some hardware or file types.

You agree not to:

• Use the App unlawfully or to infringe others' rights
• Reverse engineer or redistribute the App except as allowed by law or Apple's terms
• Attempt to interfere with the App's normal operation

Noira Cam is a creative tool, not legal, medical, or professional advice. You are responsible for how you publish or share edited photos.

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, ERROR-FREE PROCESSING, OR THAT EDITS WILL MEET EVERY EXPECTATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUIZ MELLO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP OR SITE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR ZERO IF THE APP WAS FREE).

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use may also be subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Questions about billing, refunds, or subscriptions (if any) should be directed to Apple.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
